looking at gettin a new car soon (iroc or z28) and i've searched and read that the t-5 isnt exactly the greatest of trannies. ive heard some people say it holds up fine for modded cars, but most ive heard say they just get killed when you mod the car. so my question is, if i get a 305 or 350 which i plan to mod out a lot, could i swap a t-56 as a direct bolt in, or would it be more hassle free to rebuild a 700r4? but i'd really like a stick to go with the car
