4th gen driveshaft

Car: '02 Rodeo
Engine: 3.2 V6 DOHC
Transmission: 5spd
Axle/Gears: 4.30 Dana 44 Rear 10 bolt front
4th gen driveshaft

from what i understand, i can use a 4th gen driveshaft in my rs 5 speed, but i saw 2 diff sizes listed, one said 37 and the other 42.25 should i get one from a 6sp?
any help would be appreciated thx

Depends on how they measured it. ALL 4th Gen Aluminum Dr Shafts will fit all 3rd Gen cars with a 5SP or 700R4. Only difference is in the dia between the LT1 (3") & LS1 (2 3/4"). Also it makes No difference if its from a manual/auto 4th Gen car.

Axle/Gears: 3.42
One of those probably has the yoke included. That is the only reason for the extra length.
