Could the higher stall torque converter cause the car to not move in overdrive?
I went from stock 90 l98 tq cvntr to a 2400-2600 stall. Should that have any bad effects with stock ecm? Help..
what else can this be? this is the second transmission with the same problem....also 2nd torque converter.????

Engine: 350
Transmission: TH400 4,000 stall
Axle/Gears: Currie 9", 4.56 gears
I've got a 3000 stall and the car still moves on level ground at idle. (rolls back on hills though lol) You only say it doesn't move in overdrive, what about the other gears? What happend with the other transmission and converter? Checked the fluid level?
