Hey guys, this will be my second of many question i am probably going to be asking in reguard to my 700r4-t-56 transition....My question is this do i need any bolts for the donor car in order to bolt up the trans of the hydros or anything to that effect, i got the trans and everything but i got no bolts or anything like that...

Oops.

You need lotsa bolts. Here are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

Flywheel bolts (your old flexplate bolts are too short.)
Tranny-bellhousing bolts
Pressure plate bolts
Clutch fork bolt and T-block
Clutch master cyl-firewall bolts
Clutch slave cyl bolts
Clutch fluid reservoir bolts
Torque arm bracket and bolts (bolt pattern is different)
Shifter base bolts
Tranny mount bolts (may be different thread pitch)

There may be others I'm forgetting.

 

The flywheel bolts are different lenght than the flexplate bolts (flexpate=auto flywheel) I made that mistake once.

 

ok does anyone have the numbers on these bolts as far as what size they are so i can get them from a auto part store.?.
