While driving it doesn't matter what gear I am in, it feels like the converter is locking up. As I am driving say It shifts in to third and I cruise at that speed it feels like the converter locks up and the RPM's drop down to around 1000-1500. Naturally it happens in 4th but it also happens in all gears once I hold the car a a steady speed. The car feels like it doesn't want to go, it holds steady at that gear but it doesn't feel like it should be there.

I adjusted the TV cable and nothing changed. The Tranny is also freshly built. Anyone have any suggestions??
