for those of you who used the spl zexel takeout carrier, is it a 3.08 and lower carrier or a 3.08 and higher one?

will 28 spline axles from a 2wd s10 blazer work, there both 7 5/8 rears? I can't remember if they interchange or not.

 

I haven't installed mine yet, but I bought my gearset for it as a 3 series (3.08, 3.23 ,3.43, etc.). Pretty sure that's what it takes......Can't help with the axle Q though....I'd say they probably not long enough..
