ATTN: Pro-built Or anyone who knows how long ACT has Stall changes
I ordered a 9.5" ACT lockup stall (2400) and my 700-r4 Street/Strip from Pro-built last year (Spring 02). I'm now starting a motor build.
Going from
OEM 350 TPI stock cam 3.27 gears
to a:
383 Victor JR with 2 inch 4 hole spacer and 750 speed demon DP
AFR RR 210cc Heads with a solid roller cam w/ girdles and Pro mags
Probably bump up to a 3.90 gear... if not a 3.70
Anyways I got this ACT stall I haven't had a change on it yet. I need to know how long they accept changes? If I'm still within time span I'll probably give Pro-built a call and pull it and mail it in to have it changed.
Also I need to figure out what stall to get it. I'm thinking at least 3200... I kind of want to try a 3600.
The cam hasn't been ordered but Comp Cams thinks around 248 actual durations and around .570s lifts after rocker muliplier. I can get exact specs but I have to call in and get them to lookup the grind number.
So if anyone knows about the change dates length or has any comments on stuff lets hear it.
Thanks
