I have a 91 RS, oringinally a 3.1 but now a 350. Ok the problem is the speedo has never work correctly. When i first had the car with the 3.1 the speedo wouldn't work until I was going over 40 mph. After a while the speedo just quite working at all. Then when i did the swap I installed the electric sending until on the new trans (700 R4). At first the speedo would move every once and a while but has now stopped competely. It's been about a year with a speedo and I would very much like it to work. So any ideas on whether the sending unit is bad and where i can find one junkyard autoparts store would be great.
