Drill a hole
I don't have a pic, since I sold my car. But when I did that conversion, I had to drill a couple holes.
If you look at the firewall in the are that you think the clutch master should go, you'll see a a little round pad where the MC pkes through, and the pad extends on either side, for the bolts. Basically the mounting flance for the MC is stamped into the firewall, but the holes arean't punched at the factory.
You need to get a hole saw and drill the hole cor the MC, and then using drill bits, drill the holes for the mounting bolts. It's not too hard. Good luck!

My car is a 83, and I also did the conversion...
Mine started out with a manual trans. I enlarged the existing clutch linkage hole a little bit and drilled the 2 holes for the U-bolt. AFAIK your car should have the knockout on the firewall for the manual linkage rubber boot. Use that, enlarge it slightly in the downward direction, and use the gasket that comes with your new clutch master cyl as the template for drilling the other 2 holes.
