My rear axle

Everytime when I come to a complete stop and when I gun it, I always feel and here a jerk coming from my rear axle. What is it? If I just take accelerate normally with out gunning it, nothing happens. So whats wrong with my rear axle?

Axle/Gears: 9" ford

look at easy stuf first...like trans mount and U JOINTS on the driveshaft ...and make sure your suspension is OK like not a broken sway bar mount something like that....THEN star checking rear
