How much money do you have?
Stock the cars came with -
BW T-5 WC/NWC (crap) - 5speed most common
Sagnaw ? (crap) - 4speed have fun getting one
BW Super T-10 (very good) - 4speed more fun than finding a Sagnaw
other common swaps are:
Tremec T-56 - 6speed very very popular swap
Tremec 3550/TKO - 5speed not very common but it does fit and preform well
other transmissions work but generally aren't worth the trouble to swap (ZF 6speed for example)
