How wide is an 87 10 bolt rear end vs. a 9 or 10 bolt rear end off of an 89? I am asking this cause I want to install a set of 16 inch wheels off of an 89 Formula onto my 87 T/A, and I need to know if the offset on the 16 inch wheels will work on my 87. My 87 T/A has the 10 bolt, and the 89 Formula has either the 9 or 10 bolt rear end, I don't know which. I do know that the set of wheels I am looking at have a front set and a rear set. A guy at the shop said that all 82-92 rear ends were the same width, but I have heard differently from other sources, so which is it?
