Trying to Learn Trannys
I am trying to become a tranny Guru if you will.
But i was woundering whats the best book for like exploded diagrams and walk throughs for the 700r4 Id kinda like a Book tottally on the 700 r4

from what I hear, it's pretty simple to rebuild the 700R4. My dad did it once for fun and he said that it's basically first out, last in. Just make sure that you put things in order as you take it apart and go in the EXACT reverse when putting it together. I've never done it, but this is what my pops told me about them.

My solution. Buy the $14 book from any auto store for the 700r4. And spend $50 on a blown 700r4. Then dig in.
I'm rebuilding my 700r4 this winter. I got my parts list picked out, along with a SLP 2400rpm stall.
