HARD rattle at start

I have a 91 RS 305 tbi with a t5 tranny. Whenever I start moving, redlight or whatever, the car basically tries to rattle apart until the clutch is completly out. Im talking like it feels like the wheels are bouncing off the ground! My clutch was replaced 8k miles ago. its has been doing this for a while but has gotten worse in the past month. whats my problem? thanx

ooooh crap

Have someone push in the clutch after you have the car up and the inspection cover off. Use a pliers to try and move the flywheel clockwise and counterclockwise. I think your flywheel bolts are loose. Watch the crank while doing this to determine if there is slop. If so you know what to do. Good Luck and use Locktight.
PS use a torque wrench for the bolts
Just my expierience!

Did you have the flywheel resurfaced? Replace the pilot bearing / bushing? Motor mounts good? Any of those things can cause clutch chatter, in addition to just a generally cheap clutch if you went with a low-bid unit.
