700R4 tool question?

Does anyone know where to get a bushing driver at a resonable price? I have foud $198 to be the cheapest! Kind of pricey. Any suggestions?

I guess I shouldn't admit to using sockets & a hammer??? but it worked quite well though.
The TH-350 was straight forward, and I can't honestly state weather the same can be done with the 700.
