Only Automatic Transmission available on stock 3rd Gen cars was
the 700R4. Except the early 82/83 models which was different.

I am looking a putting in mobil 1 and need to make sure that I have enough fluid, cause I am going by the Haynes fluid capacity chart. It says I need 4.7 quarts of fluid.
700's gave a square pan. their the only gm trans with it.
