I need an instruction book from a Transgo 700R4 shiftkit. Any body know where I can get or download one? Or does anybody know what modification to the 700R4 valvebody is done in this kit to get the tranny to manualy shift (hold first or second) without a forced upshift from the gov.?

 

Second gear can be held stock.

To hold first gear TransGo hijacks the 3-2 control valve and uses it (along with a custom valve) as the 1-2 manual hold valve.

I called them and they faxed me one right there on the spot. After reading the insructions I don't think there is any way to save my B&M shift kit. It was one of those experience gaining mistakes. I will be buying a Transgo kit.
