T-56 and 3rd gen wire harness?
I am using a speed density harness and I have a T-56 installed. Now the connector that went to the VSS on the 3rd gens must be different because I can't find a place to hook mine up. Which one of those 4 connectors on the T-56 is the VSS? and do I have to install a 4th gen connector to make this work?
Thanks
Thanks

I bought the 4thgen pigtails and spliced them into the 3rdgen harness.
You'll need:
T-56 reverse light and VSS pigtails and a Dakota Digital SGI-5 cal. box to get your speedo working.
Hope that helps!

That sure does. I got the SGI-5 box so now all I need are those 4th gen pig tails and I should be on my way. Thanks

Here are the GM Part Numbers for the T56 related pigtails:
VSS 12101899
Reverse Light Switch 12085485
Reverse Lockout Solenoid 12101857
Hope that helps.
