tranny not lockin up???

tranny not lockin up???
Can tranny lock-up selinoid sort of go BAD? It kinda locks up but it seems the selinoid does not have any tolerance to hold it in locked up mode when I slightly touch the gas, it worked great once I replaced it last time (like a year ago), just seems like it does not lock like it used to.
