installing a TH-400

has anyone installed a th400 latly
if so what problems could i be facing when i take out my th350
i have the adaptor for the torque arm (even though im goin to a BMR trac pack soon)
will the driveshaft fit?

some one please leave some helpful info

Move the trans mount back, different drive shaft yoke, and shorter drive shaft.
Wire up the kick down switch if you want it. That's it since you already have a T350.

Why switch? You'll be slower.

don't think the torque arm adapter will work on the th400. if not good chance it could be modified or used as a pattern to make a new one.

i'm using the bmr torque arm with the crossmember, if you get it you won't have to worry about that cause it removes the arm from the tranny. the rest is like they said

im swaping to a th400 because of the engine swap im doing
im building a 383 turboed, carbed
to about 600 ponies
and my 350 cant handle that
