Advice on T5 World Class

Hi everyone.

Im new to these fourms, but i need some advice.

I've got a 1991 S10 with a rebuilt 327 Small Block in it. Problem is, the thing keeps eating up transmisisons. It's been 7 months since i put the motor in it, and i am now in need of a 3rd transmission for it. All the transmisisons have been stock, of the T5 (non-world class) variety.

I guess what I am asking is if anyone has much expierence with these tranny's and also, what kind of life span do they typically encounter.

Anyone have any experience with the T56's?

If anyone has one or knows of a T5 World Classfor sale in the Toronto/southern ontario area, i would be appreciative if they could forward me this info.

Thanks everyone,

Greg

I have a WC T-5 in my car and it is holding up fine for now(motor in sig). The trick to these trannys is not to run slicks or to powershift em if you have a high torque motor.
