Heres the short story: Put a shift kt in my car (B&M) when I was young and dumb and have regretted it ever since. I think I screwed up the spring in the valve body where the TV cable connects(the valve body was hangin by this cuz I forgot to unhook it before I unbolted the whole valve body) could my flare just be caused by a spring that got tweaked and doesnt have full range of motion? Other facts about the tranny are I had new internals(TCI)and a vette sero put in and it helped a little but every once in a while I get a flare on 1-2 when Im part throttle. Also this motor is probably pushing out a little more than stock.
