I bought a B&M Shift Improver Kit to put on my 700R4. I was reading through the directions and it gives directions for every year up to '93, but it says it can only be used for the non-electric version (4L60). How do I find out if mine is electric or not? Thanks

 

Also, I got a oil cooler, but I am still running AC. Am I S.O.L. for putting that in?

 

If you have an 89 you will be fine installing the shift kit.

An oil cooler will fit in front of the AC condenser depending on what size it is. I got a decent size one to fit on my TA.

 

Do I still thread the plastic clips through the AC too? The fins look really close on that one, will it be damaged?
