Replacing 85 speed sensor
Anybody know if a 2000 V6 vehicle speed sensor for electronic speedo will fit into a 1985 V6 tranny with cable driven speedo? Looking to replace cable speedo with electronic one?

Engine: L98 Tuned Port Injection
Transmission: TH700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.23 Posi G80
If they are both similar trannies I.E. a newer WC T-5 and an older T-5, don't know if they have stayed the same until now though.
