When i drive it shifts redline at WOT..
now i threw a code 33 ( MAF sensor) and it now does a strange thing.. it drives fine. i get up to maybe 40 mph and the brake.. the rpms go way down and then with no foot on the throttle the rpms go from 1000 to 1700.. up and down up and down a couple times then its back to normal.. then accelerate again and same thing.. then at higher gears a small tap on the accelerator and the transmission jerks..
what do you think the problem is?

also.. can the bad mass air flow sensor make my engine rev by itself???

Sounds like the TPS is going bad. I have seen this happen to other cars. I would defientely address the electrical problems. If you have a manual on the car, it shoud tell you the desired raneg of the sensor(s). Use a digital multimeter to test these.
