whats a decent t5 clutch/p plate mfg
what to get and where can i get a good clutch and pressure plate for my t5?
or is any part store items good enough?
i just aquired a parts car its a decent 87 z28 hard top with a 88 roc 350 that is shot. But it has a t 5 that i needed to swap my crap 700r4 anyway.
So any ideas on a decent not race set up but show car weekend driver set up. I am planning to put in a new slave and master, turn the fly. and get new bushing since mine does not have one since it was auto. anything i am missing? should i also swap the rear? i know its posi which i belive mine is not.
Thanks
Jeff

I went with a ram P6000 clutch disc, which is a fully ceramic. I They custom made me a pressure plate too.. all cost about... 50.00 more then centerfoce..

i went with the centerforce dual friction setup w/ a billet flywheel. i am extremly happy with this setup. it takes off extremly smooth, and does not slip at all! it also has a nice light pedal feel, which was important to me. personnaly i wouldnt go with a full ceramic clutch for a street driven car. but spec stage 2 clutch seems to be a very nice clutch also....that would be my 2nd choice if i had to buy a new clutch
also spend the few extra dollers and get the rollor pilot bearing, instead of the crap bushings from the parts stores
