hi a friend has a 88 camaro with the 700r4 we swapped engines and i'm a newbie to autos, but we filled up the tranny, but it doesnt really move its like sluggish, question is how does the fluid get in the torque convertor? my friend when it was out tipped it over and the fluid came out

 

Theres a trans pump that fills it with fluid. Its a good idea to fill it up as much as you can before the install.
