T5 problems, tranny experts please read

ok im having alot of diffrent things go wrong with my tranny, and rear end i think.

1st. -Sometimes when i shift into 1st, it will fully engage, but then aafter moving forward some, it kicks it outta gear, making a loud bang/clunk noise, sounds like something is being torn out. Did the same thing in reverse today also

2nd.-in order to get into reverse ive gotta put it into 1st gear, give it some gas, and then i can get it to engage in reverse.

3rd.-shifting from 1st to 2nd above 5000 rpm it now grinds going into gear, ive gotta back off and drop rpms under 5k then i can get it into 2nd

4th.-when 1st taking off, or cruising in 2nd gear around 15 mph, the car shakes pretty bad, feels like its coming from both the tranny and rear end.

i know my clutch is starting to slip, but would a slipping clutch be the cause of all of these problems ive having. What does it sound like all of this is being caused by? and what do i need to do to correct it?
Does it need a rebuild, or should just doing the clutch and everything associated with it take care of the problems. Any and all help yall can give me with this will be highly appreciated
thanks in advance

Sounds like you need a pilot bearing or bushing. That should be part of a clutch replacement.

Kicking back out of more than one gear is probably caused by a worn-out shifter.

Nothing you have described has anything to do with the rear end.

by worn out shifter, you mean the actual stick shifter its self right. so either replacing with a factory replacement or a hurst shifter should solve the problem of kicking outta gear?

I thought kicking out of gear was the syncros.

well ill be replacing the pilot bushing when i do the clutch, so that part will be taken care, but if it might be something else i wanna take care of that at the same time. What and where are the syncros? how hard are they to replace? are they expensive?
