12 Bolt (v6 and v8)

So, I am going to do a v6->v8 swap in the near future, and I have a question....

I want to build up the drivetrain first....

The 12 bolt from Spohn, will it fit my v6???

Also, When I get the v8 in, will I be able to use the same measurements from the v6 to get a driveshaft made, or will there be different dimensions???

Thank You!

the rear doesn't know or care what engine is in the front of the car, same goes for the drive shaft.

That depends upon which transmission you put behind the V8. Since you're going to the expense to put in a 12-bolt, can we assume you're going to have something relatively beefy between the V8 and 12-bolt?
