8.5 or 12 bolt in a thirdgen camaro?

I am building my 91 rs into a drag car. I have a pretty nicely built 406 carb motor that I plan on using a lil spray with. I would like to know if there is anyway to bolt up an 8.5 10 bolt or some 12 bolt to the chassis. The rearend being from lets say a leaf sprung car and I know the camaro is torque arm rear. Is there a way to do this or a kit or any brackets that I could order for this? I am on a high school budget and am drueling over the moser 9 inch bolt in for our cars but $2000 is a bit high for me right now. I can weld and fabricate so if someone could help me out a little I would be very appreciative

Car: 1987 Camaro Z-28
Engine: 6.3L Victor EFI
Transmission: Tremec TKO 600
Axle/Gears: Moser 9"/4.11 Trac-Lok
Mod a 9" housing or buy the housing & axle kit from Moser. Mounting the torque arm to a 10 or 12 bolt is a challenge since the center section on the Moser or Strange housings have the mounting points cast into them. If you eliminate the torque arm with an aftermarket ladder bar kit it would open up more options for you.

yeah you can make just about any rear fit if you relocate brackets and make provisions for the torque arm, or eliminate it all together. easiest thing would be to take brackets off a f body 10 bolt and swap over to the new rear or use ladder bars, or even a 4 link to get rid of the torque arm.
