Torque Arm Bracket. Need help ASAP!!!!

Engine: L98
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 3.27
Torque Arm Bracket. Need help!!!! Can't drive Car
I have a 87' z28. 700r4
Does anyone know where I can get the torque arm bracket at the transmission. Also, the bracket on the other side???
Some Dumb A** changed the engine and now there is nothing holding the torque arm to the transmission. Only a foot long piece of road sign post with a couple of cheap bolts and chicken wire are holding the torque arm down (unbelieveable stupid people)..
Couldn't drive the car to tell, the engine was seized up. Putting in a 69' 350 4 bolt. But anyway any help is greatly appreciated.
