Transmission: T-5
Axle/Gears: Borg Warner 9-Bolt, with 3.42 Gears
Will it fit?
Alright here is my question. Will the tranny from a fourth Gen LT1/LS1 fint into a 3.1L V6? I thought it might be cool to have a 6 speed on my 6 banger. If it will how much work will it take to adapt or is it fairly easy?

Nope. Not one from a fourth gen.
The only way I could see to do it would be buy the retro-fit T56 (2.97 / .62 ratios) and bolt its adapter plate up to the V6 bellhousing. Then you'd be having to figure out a 26 spline disc solution for the clutch.
