clutch shudder. is it this??

im getting alot of clutch shudder or shaking while my engine is hot when releasing the clutch. ive been under it 1000 times looking for an answer... nothing. when i put my clutch in i had to extend the actuator rod that goes from the clutch slave to the fork in order for it to work.it wouldnt disengage. now what im doing is trying to diagnos the problem. my flywheel was machined by a respectable machine shop and the clutch is brand new.but what i was thinking is ...what if they didnt shave enough off or maybee took too much off it woud it cause this?
thx

perhaps all the grease/oil didn't get cleaned off the flywheel before you installed it?
