Where is a good place to buy shifters? Anyone know where I can get a really good deal?

I was looking to replace my bulky firebird shifter for the smaller camaro style. I went to the bone yards, but every 3rd gen I found had already had the console either already gone, or trashed. I was getting ready to leave, when I just happened to look into a nearby corsica. There was the same looking **** as the camaro. I also looked in a cavalier, and there it was again.
Pulled the staple out, and slapped it on my car. For $3.00 I couldn't pass it up. What do you think?

 

There is a hurst dual/gate 2 for 83-92's that I really like.
