A quick 700R4 swap question,
I currently have an 87 with L98/700R4 (mini ram and few other mods)
anyways,A local guy here has a 700R from an 84 that has been built to hold 500HP(he paid for that anyway, you know how that goes),has a TCI 2800 stall too
Will everything swap out ok with my motor?
what should I look for?Is the converter different for one-piece main seals
Thanks
Steve

Yes, but 88-up 700s are stronger and preferred over the 87-older ones. An 84 could be either the small input or larger input; it was a mid-year change.
An 88+ 700-R4.
Nope.
