Richmond 6-Speed overdrive tranny....

Will this clear the thirdgen shifter tunnel? Im thinking of starting on my next project and starting to do my research on a few things. The next thirdgen I want to build is another camaro with a Ram jet Big block under the hood. Does this tranny have any kind of problems as far as clearance?

Tranny will fit. The shifters I've seen on them are very left side oriented and would suck to make compatible with a console. But maybe a stick change would fix that. Ask Richmond / Long would be my recommendation.

Sounds good. I may end up getting a T-56, but I saw one of these and thought, "Ooooooh".

It's an awesome trans. Shifts great. But the T56 is very slick too, and will cost less.
