Having Problems after Auto to Manual Swap..Please Help

Recently I completed a transmission swap to a WC T-5 from a 700R4. I noticed you have wrote the article on how to do the swap and I have a question that I hope you can answer. After doing the swap, my speedometer or reverse lights do not work. I noticed from my auto transmission there was 3 wires coming from the front and 2 from the back. In the manual transmission the electronic connectors only have 2 wires for the front and back. I connected the back 2 wires with a connector from the junkyard, but nothing changed. I never changed my computer to a manual one, if that has anything to do with it. Finally, what 2 wires out of the 3 do i use for my speedometer/reverse lights.

From: out of my mind; be back in 5 minutes....
Car: 1989 Firebird Formula
Engine: Internal Combustion
Transmission: Completed
Axle/Gears: ones that turn.
The switch for the reverse lights, is located on the driver side of the T5; you'll have to extend the dark blue and green wires down to it. These wires are in the connector that attached to the original shifter.
Do not, under any circumstances, remove the large bolt near the top of the driver side of the transmission!
Someone else will likely chime in and explain how to get your speedo working - I'm not sure but I *think* you'll need to get a sending unit to fit the T5, as the one from the 700R4 won't fit.
