TCC won't lock on freeway

My TCC doesn't lock while I'm cruising on the freeway. It used to do this before. It locks and unlocks just fine on the streets (around 40-50 mph). This seemed to start after I gave my car a tune up. Is there a specific sensor that tells the computer to lock the TCC once your at a constant speed on the freeway (like 70)? Is there something else? Any help you can provide would be great. My break pedal does unlock my TCC on the streets...

Thanks!!

The tps is the other main sensor used along with the map. Since its locking at 40 you can pretty much rule out the vss and the 4th gear switch.
