B&M new shifter problem

Engine: 5.7L TPI, V6
Transmission: 700r-4, t56
B&M new shifter problem
well i know some people dont like this shifter but they dont give u a relay and it says to get one at radio shak but they dont make em anymore any one come across this problem and got around it?
