Odd trans question

I was going down the road in Formula, shifted into neutral and reved to 3500. The car jumped forward a bit, like the clutches were engaging??

It isnt a problem since this isnt a typical thing for me to do, but its got me wondering what the heck causes it to do that

I put it in neutral and coasted a bit, when I hit the gas the car started to pull like it was in gear for a fraction of a second.

I dont know how to say it better than it just jumped forward a bit like it was in gear

it usually is a sign that there is not enough clearance in the forward clutch pack allowing the clutch pack to drive the sun gear and initiate a driving force into the planetary gearset.it could also be a hydraulic crossleak or that the apply oil behind the clutch piston doesnt exhaust fast enough.does it pull forward in park or nuetral when stopped if you rev it up?it could also be the forward clutches are burnt causing them to drive the sun gear as they are trapped onto the input sprag.
