Plastic pieces in transmission pan?

We picked up a turbo 350 and found plastic pieces in the transmission pan,about 10 they are like splinters as longas a fingernail pretty thin and pointy and a yellow/white color,anyone know what this could be?

could you send a digital picture of it?it may be a thrust washer .
