Wreck in rear quarters affect tranny?
As some may know, I did get hit i. my RS the other night, (you can read about it https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/showthread.php?s=&threadid=256140 )
Since the damages is all body work to the rear half of the car, would that have affected my tranny any? I got on it a lil hard today, first time since the accident, and I felt a thud right where my tranny bolts to the engine. It hit leaving first and leaving second (its an auto). What could be causing this? Did it knock my tranny loose? or what?

maybe you should take it to a shop and have it inspected, did you check the frame? rear end? motor/tranny mounts? etc.
Maybe a little hasty on your part....
