79 trans am axle??
ok this really crazy guy came up to em at work.(work restoring car) and started tlaing about this car he bought 9 trans am and said he had an axle to sell it has 3.73 posi diff. but will if even remotly fit with soem fab in ym camaro. i need posi so it sounds kinda nice for 100 bucks

Forget it. Wrong size, wrong type, wrong mounts, wrong springs, nothing interchanges with rears that are the right size, right type, right mounts, right springs...

yeah well i can get to alot of tool plasma cuter welders and just about everything i need to fab. one but i would just be a waste of my time??

Got a 3.08 Posi out of an 85 Z28 you can have for free, just needed 1 axel out of it, So you'll need to put one of yours in
