regarding driveshaft
Basically, I have an 83 L4 Camaro. My vision is to build and EFI 350sbc with a 4-speed M-22 Transmission. Ok, that all fits into the front of the car. Money isn't an option.
I'm worried about what kind of problems I'll run into with the driveshaft primarily. Will the one I have fit? Will it be strong enough? Can I get a driveshaft made for this project? What kind of rear-differential am I going to need to look for? Can I redo the rear-suspension to fit the shafts length? Anything regarding these matters would be great.
Thanks.

you need to stop worrying about something that isn't a problem, like the DS, you can have one made if you need to with any ends to any length with any resonable wall thickness. i'd worry more about running a 30 year old trans and mechanical linkage that you don't have with no provision for a torque arm. build the car and fit the drive shaft to it, don't start with a drive shaft and built the car around it like you're trying to do. if you have a m22 sell it to someone that needs one and spend the money on any of the better transmissions out there that are a more direct fit for our cars.

Driveshaft is same length.
M22 reading by me:

More than likely you have an M-21.
You're better off with a third gen super T10 and selling the Muncie to make some $.
Is your car a manual trans now?
spend about an hour searching various posts. Like "driveshaft strength" or "strong rearend." There's tonnes of info here, but answering vague questions with precise answers ain't my gig.
The more you know, the better your choices for your car will be.
