AT rear seal leaking

AT rear seal leaking
I noticed today my rear seal on my tranny is leaking, i went ahead and picked up a new one at work. whats the process on replacing? I assume i slide the driveshaft out, somehow pull the old seal, and place the new seal in?
any tips/tricks/advice?
