9bolt with 3.45s
i found a car with 76k on its and it had a 9bolt...the tag said 3.45s...it had the delco morainbe calipers on it...
now i want better brakes for it...i looked and didn't find what i was looking for..
ls1s wont work...lt1's will?
hard to install and does anyone have part numbers to ease the install?

I believe the backing plates are different, 10 bolt to 9 bolt. Do a search; I believe the 10 bolt ones can be modified to work but the "right" ones do exist if you're going with 89-97 rear discs.

just to confirm , last week i measured my friends 93-97 brake mounts and they had different measurements than my 9 bolt brake plates.
"if" you can get lucky to find a set of PBR brake plates for the 9 bolt then get them. the PBRs were only avail staring in 89 and that means the last year of the 9 bolt got them and made it rare.
