crossmember question
i am in the middle of putting a th350 in an original 700r4 90 camaro. the 700r4 crossmember is not lining up. what crossmember should i get (cheap) its a short shaft th350. thanks

The correct factory-style crossmember would come from an 82-83 thirdgen with a non-overdrive trans - either the 3-speed auto or a four-speed manual.
Then you will have to tap out the forward holes on the framerails to install bolts to hold it in place, as the crossmember sits forward of the where the 700R4 one sat.
