Need help choosing an aftermarket FlexPlate!!

Going to be replacing my stock trans with an aftermarket street/strip trans and want to replace my stock flexplate with a stronger one. Which manufacturer do you guys suggest I go with?? Also this will be going on a 91 RS 305TBI....what is the tooth count on my flexplate. Also does it matter if I get a internaly or externaly balanced??

I have a B&M SFI aproved Flexplate and I am happy with it. There is a big difference in the thickness than stock.
