How easy is it to change the speedo gears??

Axle/Gears: 3.23
the driven gear is easy, but to get to the drive gear you have to take off the tailshaft housing which means you have to remove the torque arm. Definately a PITA.

you have ti take the torque arm mount out . I've found it easy to drop nthe cross member as well. Then take the 4 bolt that hold the tail shaft of the trans off,

chevy high performance magazine has an article on this in their recent issue with pics and everything.

I would say the hardest part is getting the right gears
