I like the part where the T5 is meant to be parts swappable.

Get a complete 4.3 T5 from a mini van and just change tail shafts and it slips right into a 3rd gen.


Someone should sticky them links.

Anybody know of interchangeability btwn mustang t-5 and camaro t-5. I was of the impression you could change tailshafts and wham you have a conversion. I recently was told otherwise. Anybody have opinion, or facts (preferred).

I would assume no. As them pages above should / would of said so.

But form that info as long as its a GM T5 you can miss n match parts.

The main case itself is different, the mainshaft is different, the input is different, the gear ratios are different, and the tailhousings are different.
